What is the total cost of tuition for the accelerated degree completion program?
The accelerated degree completion program cost is $16,800 for the complete 48-credit major. This cost includes all of your books and class materials, as well as access to campus services including the library, Academic Success Center, computer lab, and underground parking. Online students are required to obtain a microphone and webcam for their computers at their own cost.
Will my tuition increase every year or will the cost remain the same throughout the program?
The cost of your program will remain the same as long as you maintain concurrent enrollment through graduation from the accelerated degree completion program. If you take a leave of absence during your program, you pay the current published program price when you return to active enrollment.
Can financial aid be used towards the cost of the accelerated degree completion program?
Yes! We encourage all students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed/gov. Make sure to list WLC in the information release section. Our WLC school code is: 014658. You may also qualify for the federal Pell Grant and Stafford Loan. Based on financial need, you may qualify for up to $5,550 within the Pell Grant and qualify for a maximum of $12,500 in Stafford Loans per academic year.

Our friendly and helpful personal enrollment advisors and financial aid staff are easily accessible by phone or e-mail and will be happy to schedule a personal appointment to coach you through the financial aid application process.
Will WLC accept tuition reimbursement from my employer?
You may use employee reimbursement to pay for your tuition. It is your responsibility to provide the college with a copy of your company’s reimbursement policies and follow the college’s policies in regards to employee reimbursement.
What is the cost associated with elective courses at Wisconsin Lutheran College?
Elective courses may be completed within the traditional undergraduate program at the accelerated degree completion cost, currently of $350 per credit.
